Another Child Foundation provides humanitarian aid to our Romania partner Fundatia Buckner to improve the living conditions and well-being of the children and families we assist. We are excited to be able to once again provide our supporters the opportunity to donate various aid to the children God has entrusted to our care.
The Project Respond 2020 aid drive kicked off in January and we will once again be having a Shoe Collection Celebration Day! This year it will be held Saturday, October 3rd at First United Methodist Church in Geneseo, IL from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. The address is 203 E. Park St., Geneseo, IL.
Last year, Another Child Foundation collected over 22,000 items from 47 different churches and organizations to send to Romania. Over the past few years, ACF has received support from Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana, and Tennessee. This year, ACF anticipates 70 or more churches and organizations from four states to once again participate in this vital humanitarian aid.
“It is awesome to see support come from all parts of the country supporting our children and families in Romania,” said Tim Oloffson, ACF Executive Director.
