It is an incredible thing to see 40 or so volunteers come together and work together as a single unit to bring the Good News of Jesus to children in our local towns.
This is exactly what happened on Saturday, July 22nd in Walnut, Illinois. Nearly 500 backpacks were filled with school supplies donated by generous donors.
In addition, these volunteers also processed 500 new pairs of shoes that will be sent all over the world to be put onto the feet of children.
While in Lafayette, Louisiana, an ACF team partnered with other non-profits to prepare over 1200 backpacks for children in the Lafayette area. Eight Another Child volunteers help lead the prayers over these valuable backpacks before sending them out to be delivered.
What a blessing all of this is. To God be the Glory!
