AMAZING! That is the best word I can find to describe the Summer of Fun events we had in Romania this summer.
Your support helped provide 200 children with activities that made their summer a memorable experience for them.
We started with the June mission team that provided 170 kids with a week of VBS activities.
Trip leader Jessica Huettel says, “the kids were full of joy as we spent the week together sharing laughter, hugs and Bible stories. We were so proud of the knowledge they already had of the Bible stories and loved helping them grow deeper.”
Your support also sent 40 children to a beautiful camp in the mountains of Romania.
The theme of the VBS camp this year was ‘Simply Abide’. Getting these children to listen to what God is telling them was an important of the teaching.
Team members were amazed on how well behaved the children were and how eager some of them to learn. The spirit was moving in the lives of some children that we are sure will produce good fruit.
It is only because of your generous support that kids began to trust God and accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Lots of seeds were planted during the Summer of Fun events. Now you can pray that the Holy Spirit will grow those seeds into something beautiful!
