Guess what? Your big-hearted help has made something amazing happen! The 20-foot shipping container you helped send to Romania has safely arrived at the Point of Hope Development Center. This giant box of blessings is packed with things that will make life better for children and families who really need our help.
What’s Inside the Container?
Think of the container as a huge care package! Inside are warm winter coats, sturdy shoes, thick socks, and other clothing to keep children protected from the cold Romanian winters. There are also some school supplies like notebooks and pencils, but the warm clothing items are especially important for these children. These things might seem simple to us, but they mean the world to families who don’t have much.
Who Will Get These Gifts?
The wonderful staff at Point of Hope and missionaries from the United States are working together to share these gifts. They know exactly which families need help the most. Each item will go to a child or family that God has called us to serve through Another Child.
Where Did Everything Come From?
Many churches that partner with Another Child collected donations. Church members gave generously from their hearts. Then all these gifts were carefully packed into the giant container and sent across the ocean to Romania!
Why This Matters So Much
In Romania, many children face tough challenges every day. Winter temperatures can drop very low, and without proper shoes, warm socks, and winter clothing, children suffer in the cold. Some even can’t attend school because they don’t have shoes or warm enough clothes to make the journey. Your help changes their lives in real ways they can see and feel.
