We have fantastic news to share! The 40-foot shipping container filled with essential humanitarian aid has safely arrived in Romania and has passed through customs without any issues. This is a significant milestone, and we couldn’t have done it without your generous support!
What’s Next?
Our summer mission teams are gearing up to start distributing the aid while they serve in Romania this summer. They will be working closely with the dedicated staff at the Point of Hope Development Center to ensure that the items reach the children and families who need them most. The excitement is palpable as our teams prepare to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Focus on Shoes and Socks
While our summer teams will begin the distribution process, the large majority of the shoes and socks will be distributed by our October mission team. These items are crucial for the children, especially as the colder months approach. Many of these kids have been waiting for new shoes and warm socks to keep their feet protected and comfortable.
