We have exciting news to share with all our Another Child supporters! Thanks to the generous hearts of some special friends, we have purchased a house in Tarneveni, Romania. This house will soon become a youth and worship center for the community.
The money to buy this house came from friends of John Frank Reeve, who helped start Another Child. Sadly, John passed away in January 2025. To honor his memory and all he did for children in need, we will name this new center after him – the JF Reeve Center.
John always dreamed of creating a safe place for young people who graduate from the Point of Hope Development Center. He wanted them to have somewhere to go, to belong, and to grow. Now, his dream is becoming real!

While we’ve secured the house, we still need renovation funds to transform it into the vibrant center John envisioned. Your support will help us create comfortable gathering spaces, worship areas, and activity rooms so the youth can use the Reeve Center to its full extent. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to completing this special place of refuge and growth.
The JF Reeve Center will be a place where youth can:
- Gather throughout the week
- Worship together
- Spend time with friends
- Learn and grow
- Discover more about who they are meant to be
For many young people in Tarneveni, life after the Development Center can be challenging. This new center will be like a bridge, helping them continue their journey in a positive direction. It will be a place where they feel welcome, supported, and loved.
We believe the JF Reeve Center will change many lives in the years to come. It will stand as a lasting tribute to John’s love for the children of Romania and his belief that every child deserves a chance to reach their full potential.
Thank you for being part of the Another Child family. Your support makes stories like this possible. We can’t wait to share updates as we transform this house into a home for hope, faith, and community.
Together, we are helping young people in Romania become the children of God they were created to be!
