As summer approaches, Another Child is excited to announce three incredible mission trips happening this June! We called on volunteer missionaries who were ready to make a difference across the globe. Whether they were drawn to the vibrant culture of Guatemala or the heartfelt community work in Romania, they found the place God called them to serve.
Trip 1: Tactic, Guatemala | May 29 – June 8
Our first team will be heading to Tactic, Guatemala for an immersive 10-day experience. This mission trip offers a beautiful blend of hands-on service and cultural learning. Volunteers will be:
Completing a meaningful work project in the community
Leading Vacation Bible School (VBS) for local children
Conducting home visits to connect with families
Experiencing and learning about Guatemalan culture firsthand
This trip is perfect for those who want to combine practical service with relationship-building and cultural immersion.
Trip 2: Tactic, Guatemala – Lee University Team | June 5 – June 15
We’re thrilled to partner with 17 enthusiastic students from Lee University for our second Guatemala mission! This dynamic team of young servants will spend 10 days focused on humanitarian relief and education in the Tactic community. Their service will include:
Providing humanitarian relief to community members
Assisting teachers in elementary classrooms
Leading English-speaking lessons for students
Hosting a Vacation Bible School
Participating in cultural activities and exchanges
The energy and passion these students bring will undoubtedly create lasting impact in Tactic!
Trip 3: Tarneveni, Romania | June 11 – June 21
Our third team will travel to the Point of Hope Center in Tarneveni, Romania for a deeply relational mission experience. This 10-day trip focuses on investing in children, families, and mothers through:
Extensive work with children at the Point of Hope Center
Community engagement activities
Supporting and encouraging the families of children who attend POH
Working directly with mothers in the community
This trip offers a unique opportunity to pour into the lives of those being served at Point of Hope and strengthen the fabric of the community.
