OUR FOUNDERS
Serving children since 2001
Co-founders Tim Oloffson and John Frank Reeve have roots in the mission field going back to 2001 where they served together in Romania to establish a Christian-based early childhood development program that focused on a child’s faith, education and personal development. Those roots in child development are now extended around the world as the ACF Mission Network continues the work God has entrusted to their care.
John Frank passed away in early 2025 but his mission to serve the voice of the voiceless children will continue through Another Child Foundation.

Tim Oloffson
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tim is the the Executive Director and one of the ACF Founding Members. Tim always displays great passion for the children God has called him to serve! He has traveled to Romania and other places around the world serving children for 13 years. He believes the supporters of this work are the real heroes! He also believes that ALL children deserve to have their voices heard. Tim believes this is why Jesus came a died for us! To save ALL of his children!
Jared Oloffson
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Jared’s role with ACF is to coordinate the collection and distribution of humanitarian aid. Jared lives in Charleston, Tennessee close to the ACF Processing Center where he spends much of his time. Jared also helps set the vision of the organization working closely with the Executive Director. Jared has traveled with ACF mission teams to Romania and looks forward to seeing other ministry partners in the future.
