September 25- October 3, 2023 Mission to Guatemala

Days Until Departure

We are now accepting applications for our September 25- October 3, 2023 mission trip to serve at-risk children in the beautiful country of Guatemala.

Details of this trip are still being created.

Short-term mission teams participate in furthering Impact Ministries’ 15+ years of community involvement in developing Christian schools, providing local outreach programs, and planting churches. Years of hardship have prepared the hearts of the Guatemalan people, and they are hungry for the truth of Jesus Christ. Many people have already experienced the long-term life-changing effects of our short-term mission teams.  Who knows, the life you impact just might be your own!

In addition to a variety of cultural activities designed to further your understanding of God’s work in Guatemala, you will also work alongside the staff of Impact Ministries and participate in a variety of community outreach projects:

  • children’s ministry
  • construction projects
  • home visits
  • devotionals and prayer ministry

6 Reasons to Go on a Mission Trip

YOUR TRIP LEADER: John Frank Reeve

John Frank Reeve has been leading mission trips since 2001.  He first served as a volunteer leader with Buckner Orphan Care in Dallas, Tx.  After much prayer, He and Tim Oloffson, co-founded Another Child Foundation to continue work in Romania where he has led numerous mission trips.  Recently he left his position as a Worship Pastor to dedicate full-time ministry to ACF.  John Frank and his wife, Sandy live in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana and share their home with 3 dogs and 3 cats!

The team will be staying at the housing center near the ministry site. Teams will be safe on the isolated grounds. The team will stay in hotels while traveling.

With a very diverse culture, Guatemala (aka The Land of Eternal Spring) is mountainous with patches of desert and valleys and will awe you in the beauty.
